At the Sweetwater County Library, work includes but is not limited to removal of interior doors and frames, casework, and floor finishes. New work includes construction of new partitions, installation of new interior doors and hardware, and installation/repairs of new flooring. At the Rock Springs Library work includes but is not limited to the removal of interior finishes, removal of casework and fixtures, and demolition of interior walls and doors. New work includes construction of new interior partitions, new finishes, installation of new interior doors, and the construction of a new kitchenette space. At the White Mountain Library, work includes but is not limited to the removal of interior finishes, removal of casework and fixtures, and demolition of interior walls and doors. Work also includes demolition of existing toilet rooms for ADA upgrades. New work includes construction of new interior partitions, new finishes, installation of new interior doors, and the construction of a new kitchenette space. Work also includes new work to provide ADA compliant toilet rooms. Electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or other miscellaneous items required to complete work at all locations in full occur as indicated in the Contract Documents.
