Tarrant County College District (TCCD, the District, the College) is requesting bids to provide furniture and other goods for the Northwest Campus Renovation project. The objective of this IFB is to obtain the goods and services of qualified vendors to produce, deliver, and install furniture and other goods - delivered and installed - to Buildings NW02 & NW03 of the Northwest Campus Renovation project. The budget for this bid exceeds $4M. Project Overview a. The new construction scope will consist of four buildings totaling approximately 406,000 GSF. Building NW05 is a 3-story structure (approximately 88,500 GSF) that will include the Early College High School and Science Labs. Building NW01 is a three-story structure (approximately 135,000 GSF) that will include a Student Welcome Center, Registrar, Business Services, Financial Aid, Advising, and other related programs. Building NW03 is a two-story structure (approximately 55,000 GSF) that will include Visual Arts, Music, and Study areas. Building NW02 is a three-story structure (approximately 127,000 GSF) that will include a Theater, Dressing and Green Rooms, a Books Store, Multipurpose Room, Food Service, and a Dining area. b. Exterior spaces, including courtyards, will serve as an integral part of the concept design.
