The purpose of this project is to remove a total of 9 existing vault toilet restroom facilities and replace them with a total of 9 new pre-manufactured toilet facilities. The toilets are located on the Canjilon Lakes Campground of the Carson National Forest. Canjilon Lakes Campground is divided into three geographic locations within the same recreation area - Lower, Middle, and Upper Lakes. Introduction: The USDA Forest Service, Carson National Forest, has a requirement to remove a total of 9 existing vault toilet restroom facilities and replace them with a total of 9 new premanufactured toilet facilities. The toilets are located on the Canjilon Lakes Campground of the Carson National Forest. The Canjilon Lakes Campground is located approximately 12 miles north of Canjilon, New Mexico. The recreation site can be accessed via Forest Road 559/County Road 110 and Forest Road 129. Forest Road 559 leads to the recreation site and is graveled for several miles continues onto Forest Road 129, where the road is paved for 4 miles. FR 129 is the only access route to the campgrounds. Contractor must ensure that access route is sufficient to bring in vaults and pre-manufactured toilet facilities. Type of Award.
