Commencement date: January 2025 Completion date: August 2025 Scope of Work: New Construction of a Gymnasium and associated spaces of approximately 28,000 sq ft Type of Construction: New Construction The Board, through authorized District representatives, shall at its discretion, have the authority to re-establish the scope, schedule, and budget of the project, or to cancel any of the project if it is determined that this action serves in the best interest of the District.
