The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision required to stripe various roads within Pueblo County and to complete the work as defined in the specifications, general notes and contract documents. Certificates of insurance (coverage in accordance with the contract documents) will be required of the successful bidder. A 5% bid bond must accompany each bid received. A Performance Bond & Labor and Materials Payment Bond in the penal sum not less than one-half of the total amount of the contract will be required of the successful bidder. All bonds and statements are to be submitted on forms provided or approved by the County. Bonds may be in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or a bond of a surety company at the bidder's option.
