Replace HVAC System in "Boone" Maxwell Lodge at Camp Virgil Tate The Kanawha County 4-H Foundation reserves the right to reject any and/or all quotations that do not meet the specifications and to waive any informality in bidding. Replace indoor and outdoor units along with electric emergency heat unit. Replace all refrigerant tubing. Replace outdoor high and low voltage wiring. Install free stats to unit. Installation of new outside pad to sit the outdoor unit. Responsibility of the contractor to remove and dispose of the existing unit. Requires complete cleanup inside and out of all the work area. Define and price out separately any extended warranties for parts and labor that could be purchased. To whom the extended warranty will be filed. Include copy of any warranty and extended warranty papers that would relate to this job. This job will require only vendor/contractors with licensed and certified technicians to bid on this job. Removal and Disposal of existing HVAC System Installation of pad for new unit Installation of new 10-ton split HVAC system including protective device to monitor power for voltage drop and surges, Free stat and, new line set and outdoor wiring with appropriate disconnect Complete definition of the scope of work, timeline, cut sheets on the equipment to be used Must include the manufactures warranty papers along with installing companies work and labor warranty
