Reference Number: 0000358883 Seeking to install irrigation and landscaping in the middle circle of the Highway 6 and Schoolside Street roundabout. The Contractor shall create and provide a planting plan for approval prior to the start of any installation work. A preliminary list of plant species and quantities has been provided in the bid sheet. Installation work is expected to take place this year (2024). A water supply already exists in the middle circle of the roundabout. The work to be performed generally consists of installation of irrigation and landscaping in the middle circle of the Highway 6 and Schoolside Street roundabout. The Contractor shall create and provide a planting plan for approval prior to the start of any planting work. Question Deadline 08/19/2024 at 1:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online : Yes . General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Installation Required - Insurance Required - Warranty Information Required - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 1.5 % If the total bid price is higher than $75,000, each Bidder shall file with his Bid a cashier's check, or a Bid Bond, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. If the total bid price is less than $75,000, a Bid Bond is not required and attachment 6 of the bid documents is not applicable. The Bidder to whom a Contract is awarded will be required to furnish a Performance, Payment and Warranty Bond guaranteeing faithful performance if the awarded price is greater than $75,000 in total. If the total price is higher than $75,000, attachment 7 "Short Form Agreement over $75k" shall be used. If the total price is less than $75,000, the Performance, Payment and Warranty Bond is not required and attachment 8 "Short Form Agreement $25k to $75k" shall be used. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities or informalities in any bid.
