The City of Jersey Village reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by The City of Jersey Village for a period not to exceed 30/60 days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidder's qualifications prior to the contract award. The City of Jersey Village is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer. Section 3 Residents, Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises, Women Business Enterprises, and laborsurplus area firms are encouraged to submit bids. All contractors/subcontractors whose System for Award Management online registration is not active or that are debarred, suspended or otherwise excluded from or ineligible for participation on federal assistance programs may not undertake any activity in part or in full under this project.
