Construction is expected to begin in 4th quarter of 2025 and completed by Spring 2028. Covington City Commission Contractual Award Consideration (Estimated) 2024 Dec. 03 After the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) announced its intent to close its 23-acre facility in Covington, KY along the Ohio River, the City of Covington (City) began a year-long master planning process with a team of nationally renowned consulting firms including Cooper Carry, JLL, Noell Consulting, DaVinci, and Woolpert. The result is an award-winning plan that brings back the street grid and mixed-use neighborhood which stood on the site prior to the construction of the IRS facility in the mid-1960s. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Anticipated Award Date: December 3, 2024 Question Deadline 08/19/2024 at 11:00 AM ET
