Lake Springdale Trail Repairs. Site Address: 2474 W Pump Station Rd, Springdale, AR Description: Major items of work include undercut and backfill of approximately 1,191 Sq. Yd. of 6" deep 95% compacted class 7 sub base, trimming and removal of tree roots in undercut areas, installation of approximately 563 linear feet of t-post and railroad tie retaining wall less than 30" tall with class 67 gravel backfill, and overlay of approximately 3,804 linear feet of 9.5' wide and 1.5" thick asphalt trail surface. Root removal to be supervised by city horticulture staff. Site Directions: Site can be accessed via the Lake Springdale trailhead on Pump Station Rd. for site visits. Equipment can be taken on site via low water crossing to be coordinated with city staff. Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to City of Springdale Engineering Department, Springdale, AR 72764 (mailing address 201 Spring St., Springdale, AR 72764).
