This project includes a 740 LF bridge, 10" reinforced Concrete Pavement Section, Storm Drain System, and 18 waterline. The project includes Bridge, Roadway, and Utility Construction in accordance with the plans and specifications for Celina Parkway (FM 455 to CR 57). The Owner, Uptown Celina Partners LP on behalf of Uptown Municipal Utility District No. 1 of Collin County, will be the Payor for the contract for Uptown Municipal Utility District No. 1 of Collin County. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or a certified cashier's check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount Bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract and execute the Bonds on the forms provided, and provide the required insurance certificates within seven (7) days after the date Contract Documents are received by the Contractor.
