Proposal Guarantee: 5% of bid amount Description: This project will include removal and replacement of the existing energy recovery air handling unit (ERU) an associated air filters, housing box / plenum, supply and return ductwork that serve the firing range. Remove corridor access panel for filter box access and replace to match in kind. Remove and replace ERU, an associated rooftop equipment, ductwork. Before work may start, all areas shall be thoroughly remediated to remove all lead contamination. This includes the shooting range duct work, all surfaces and properly disposed.
