The patient lifts requirements are specific to each location. The lifts must meet the requirements specified in the salient characteristics identified in the design drawing and specifications. All measurements & dimensions submitted to the Contractor are approximate. The Contractor must verify all measurements & dimensions. The Contractor shall inspect the area under contract prior to commencing work and identify any pre-existing damage and provide an Existing Site Conditions report with related photos to the Contracting Officer for review and approval. Period of Performance is 470 calendar days after Notice to Proceed (NTP). The NTP shall be issued approximately 7 calendar days after award once required payment and performance bonds and certificate of insurance is provided. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction; small business $45.0 million size standard applies. Estimated price range for construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
