Removal and Replacement of Some Sections of the Existing Concrete Sidewalk. The Contractor Shall Obtain and Submit All Permits Prior to Performing Any Work. All Workers Must Have Current Osha Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (Hazwoper) 40-hour Training at the Time When Work Will Be Performed. This section includes the work covered under this contract which shall be performed at the Devon Aire Park, located at 10411 SW 122nd Avenue, Miami-Dade County, Florida. This work includes, but is not limited to, removal of 12-inches of contaminated soil within the engineering control boundary, reconstruction of two football fields, three baseball fields, installation of new irrigation system, replacement of portions of the existing sidewalk surrounding the field, and installation of a minimum of 12 inches of clean fill and high visibility warning barrier netting over arsenic-impacted soils PRIMARY: General Contractor, Building Contractor, General Engineering. SUB: Electrical, Plumbing, Underground Utility / Excavation.
