Project involves construction of a building addition to contain chemical feed equipment; electrical equipment replacement and upgrades, electrical generator equipment, and electrical service upgrades; rehabilitation of the well, well pump and service pumps; process piping modifications; reservoir access hatch replacement; concrete driveway reconstruction and sidewalk addition; and landscaping. Bids must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Village of Oregon in an amount of 5% of BIDDER's maximum Bid price and in the form of a certified check, or an electronic Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions. Bidder is required to upload a copy of the Bid security to QuestCDN.com and deliver the original certified check or bid bond within 48 hours after close of bid to Ruekert & Mielke, Inc., Attn: Chris Epstein, P.E., W233 N2080 Ridgeview Parkway, Waukesha, WI 53188-1020.
