Project was awarded to Z&S Dust Control in the amount of $1.189 per gallon. Road Stabilization, 200,000 Gallons Plus or Minus This project consists of the following: Magnesium Chloride This shall consist of Magnesium chloride for Road Stabilization, 200,000 gallons plus or minus. Magnesium Chloride typical analysis 32% plus or minus 4%. Magnesium Sulfate typical analysis 3% + or - 1% Additional Chemical 1% approximate Specific Gravity 1.32 Nonflammable and generally considered Non-Toxic PH typical analysis 7+ or -1 All products are to be FOB to designated roadways and applied within the county in quantities requested. Supply needs to be readily available May 1, 2022 thru December 31, 2022. Period of January 1, 2025 and ending December 31, 2025. Custer County, as deemed in the best interest of the County, reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any technical irregularities in the bidding. The County also reserves all other statutory rights including the right to award the contract to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder as may be determined by the County, and the right to reject any and all bids. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
