Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 0% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 0% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 0% Disadvantaged Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 0% Contract term: Less than 1 year Location: Lock E-34 8 Syracuse Street, Baldwinsville, NY 13027 Installation of a new manual transfer switch in accordance with drawings E-1 and E-101, and E-102, Final Drawing dated April 24, 2024 from Argus Engineering, PLLC. b. The contractor will provide all materials and means necessary to complete the work by the scheduled deadline. c. The contractor will submit a projectspecific health and safety plan, and work plan per the project documents prior to start of work. d. The contractor shall refer to Construction Permit No 18-54, for requirements and conditions e. Obtain a NYSCC Work Permit prior to starting construction. f. Submit as-build drawings including any revisions to the original signed/sealed drawings g. Coordinate with Argus Engineering via NYSCC if any discrepancies to the drawings arise during construction. h. Coordinate independent electrical inspection with NYSCC at points referenced in the construction permit.
