The improvement includes restoration and stabilization of approximately 3,000 feet of streambank including earthwork, stone rip-rap, seeding, trees and shrubs, erosion control, sanitary sewer manhole adjustments, plug/abandonment of water wells, surface restoration, and necessary materials, equipment, labor, miscellaneous association work, and cleanup; all in accordance with the contract documents, including Plan File Nos. 664- 001/032, located along Sugar Creek, between Mills Civic Parkway and Stagecoach Drive in West Des Moines, Iowa. The City of Des Moines is pleased to provide accommodations to individuals with disabilities or groups and encourages participation in City government. This project shall be fully completed not later than December 15, 2025 and in accordance with the Completion Provisions.
