The Housing Authority of Baltimore City ("HABC") is requesting proposals from interested and qualified vendors to submit proposals to provide CCTV related services and maintenance for HABC's current CCTV Systems, Software, & Equipment. SCOPE OF SERVICES The selected firm will provide the following services: HABC intends to acquire a vendor to service and maintain current CCTV Systems, Software, & Equipment. HABC is currently using CCTV software "LTS KB -NVMSv3" in its security environment and posture. The vendor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to install, maintain and upgrade the existing Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) System across HABC locations. It is required that the addition of any cameras and equipment be integrated into the existing camera network and operate seamlessly with the existing recording and monitoring system/platform. The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the deliverables described in this statement of work services. The following work will be performed to accomplish HABC objectives. A. Conduct site surveys and assess current HABC CCTV Systems, Software, & Equipment, and provide findings and recommendations. Complete an assessment for all current HABC CCTV systems and software and provide a report. 1. Supply of skilled labor, supervision, tools, equipment, parts, materials and accessories required for the initial HABC wide assessment. 2.
