Job no. 24-017 Hutto Veterans Memorial work covers furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to construct the memorial wall CMU core, seating walls and associated footings, memorial and seat wall masonry veneer, stone veneer flag planter, concrete flatwork, concrete pavers, earthwork, storm sewer utilities, site furnishings, site electrical, irrigation, landscape, and turf as shown on the plans and specifications. Each PROPOSAL must be accompanied by Proposal Security made payable to OWNER in an amount of five percent (5%) of PROPOSER's total amount Proposal and in the form of a certified or cashier's check or a Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions. OWNER's requirements as to performance and payment Bonds Question deadline is September 18, 2024 at 5:00 PM CST. Any question submitted after this time will not be answered. Any questions, clarifications, concerns or requests for general information should be submitted in writing to Kyle Tran at Kyle.Tran@huttotx.gov at least fourteen (14) days prior to the due date and due time.
