Interior modifications includes ,relocation of bus operator locker room, remodel Dispatch Suite to accommodate vestibule with transaction window/counter, additional Supervisor workstations, creation of a small supervisor conference room, restructure Operations Manager/Administration Assistant Offices, expand Mechanics locker room, create Storekeepers office, remodel Customer Service Lobby with new dedicated Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) System, relocate Supply/Copier Room, restructure Transit Admin. Where utilities cross the pipeline trench but do not conflict with the permanent work to be constructed, the Contractor shall follow the procedures given below and as indicated on the Plans and in the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall notify the utility Agency 48 hours in advance of the crossing construction and will coordinate the construction schedule with the utility service requirements. For utility crossings not shown on the Plans, follow the General Conditions and the instructions of the Agency's Representative. This Section describes the requirements for providing cast-in-place concrete, including formwork, reinforcement, concrete materials, mixture design, placement procedures, finishing, and testing. SCOPE OF WORK. The Project is estimated to cost approximately $2.8 Million and includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work necessary to satisfactorily complete the Project, as more specifically described in the Contract Documents. This Work will be performed in strict conformance with the Contract Documents, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction, and applicable regulations. The quantity of Work to be performed and materials to be furnished are approximations only, being given as a basis for the comparison of Bids.
