The City is seeking qualified companies to perform demolition and removal of residential structures located at 120 Brown Street, 158 Jones Street, 304 Peck Avenue, 330 Peck Avenue, 37 Third Ave. Ext, 39 Marshall Street, 42 Marshall Street & 52 Marion Street in the City of West Haven, Connecticut. The activities are being completed under an agreement between the City of West Haven and the US Department of Agriculture-Natural Resource Conservation Service (USDA NRCS). The RFI (Request for Information) deadline is Thursday, September 5, 2024 at 2:00pm. The work involves abatement, demolition and backfill at the following eight (8) cityowned properties and single structures: 120 Brown Street, 158 Jones Street, 304 Peck Avenue, 330 Peck Avenue, 37 Third Avenue Ext., 39 Marshall Street, 42 Marshall Street & 52 Marion Street in the City of West Haven, CT. This work is being completed under an agreement between the City and the US Department of Agriculture-Natural Resource Conservation Service (USDA NRCS). The Cooperative Agreement exists between USDA-NRCS and the City ("NRCS Agreement"). Contractors are encouraged to review the structures at their leisure. The City will not be holding a walk-through. No oral, telephonic, emailed, or faxed responses shall be considered. No oral, telephonic, emailed, or faxed corrections, deletions, or additions to any response shall be accepted. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or to waive deficiencies in any received proposals, if it determines, in the City's sole opinion, that doing so is in the best interest of the City.
