Park Pavilion-Concrete Foundations and Flatwork SCOPE OF WORK: General conditions are listed below. 2. CONCRETE PAD (1) 20x32x4 with thickened edge; 5,000 psi; approximately 6 base of clean gravel; reinforced with #4 rebar 2 on center; relief cuts per industry standards; broom finish. 3. CONCRETE PIERS (8) with rebar cage (see attached diagram with specs (CONCRETE PIER DETAILS); 5,000 psi; formed in 24 wide concrete forming tube; 48 total depth from top of finished concrete but no concrete forming tube exposed at finished surface. Monolithic pour preferred. Concrete pier locations and specifications as shown in diagram (PIER LOCATION PLAN VIEW). 4. SEALANT: Applied per industry standards. 5. Project commencement within 14 days from the day successful bid is awarded and completed within 7 days after commencement. 6. Bid price to include excavation, spoils removal, and all materials required to complete project. Finished landscape not required. All concrete waste and overages to be removed by contractor. Prospective bidders will be afforded the opportunity to conduct a site visit (to ensure that bidders are aware of site conditions) a pre-bid conference will not be held.
