Landscaping: All Landscaping must be preserved to the extent that is practical to perform the construction task described here and to preserve and protect all plants not in building pad. Termite Treatment by an Arizona Licensed Contractor: Treat termites and provide certificate with a one (1) year warranty with option for owner to renew. Windows: Remove and replace with new, vinyl sliding double pane insulated windows (2) and sliding glass door. Interior - Living / Dining Room: Repair drywall ceiling cracks and repaint entire ceiling to match existing texture and paint. Check all electrical outlets for GFCI protection. Install new as required. Interior - Kitchen:o Install new kitchen sink faucet. o Install new 30" hood over existing electric range. Connect to existing electrical and exhaust duct. o Repair refrigerator light, (existing not working). (City of Casa Grande will schedule and pay) o Check plumbing repair from previous leak behind kitchen wall to laundry area in garage Interior-Hall: Repair drywall ceiling cracks and repaint entire ceiling to match existing texture and paint. o Install new CO/smoke detector per code. Interior - Bedroom 1 : Install new smoke detector per code. Interior - Hall Bathroom: o Check electrical outlet for GFCI protection. Install new as required. o Install new exhaust fan per AZEM requirement.
