Geauga Transit seeks sealed bids from qualified firms to construct propane fueling infrastructure at its Administrative and Maintenance facility located at 12555 Merritt Road in Chardon. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check in the amount of 10% of the amount bid, an irrevocable letter of credit in the amount of 10% of the amount bid or an original bond in the amount of 100% of the amount bid per ORC 153.54 and 153.571. Performance Bond: Required. In case of any discrepancy between the price written in the proposal and that given in figures for any item, the price in writing will be considered as the proposal price.
