The owner has selected a Construction Manager. A timeline for construction has not yet been established. The City is soliciting Proposals from qualified contractors/firms for Construction Manager at Risk [CMAR] services in connection with the design and construction of a new Fire Station to be located near 423 Sunflower Street in Greenville, SC. As of August 8, 2024, per owner, an architect has been selected. The City of Greenville is currently soliciting proposals from qualified contractors/firms for Construction Manager at Risk. They hope to start construction late this year. Certificates showing proof of such insurance shall be submitted to City prior to commencement of services under the Contract by email to inscerts@greenvillesc.gov. Further, it shall be an affirmative obligation upon the Contractor to advise City by e-mail to inscerts@greenvillesc.gov The deadline for questions is 2:00 p.m., August 14, 2024. Questions regarding the RFP can be sent to: rgray@greenvillesc.gov.
