Subcontractor Disclosure shall be submitted no later than 4 p.m. on the same date in a separate envelope. Bids and Subcontractor Disclosures received after the deadline will not be considered. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to the following: construction of a new 330sf storage loft in an existing warehouse building with stairs, new exterior doors, and interior electrical, lighting, and plumbing Scope of work Remove portion of existing exterior wall and siding and install a new steel framing, hollow metal door and frame, and siding trim. Remove and salvage existing overhead door, track, and motor and replace with a new rolling door. Replace existing overhead door tracks, springs, and parts as required for clearance above new storage loft. Demolish existing interior partition wall and construct new wood-framed structural walls, stairs, storage loft floor, and partial-height guard walls. Provide and install new electrical wiring, interior lighting, illuminated exit signage, and wallheaters. Modify existing and install new water line piping and fittings to accommodate new storage loft and stairs.
