Storm Sewer Lining Project St. Charles County has the right to accept and/or reject any and all bids. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project. The project shall include all work to place full-length cured-in-place liners inside of existing 36-inch and 42-inch diameter storm sewers along Tarragon Drive, St. Peters, Missouri. Incidental items include cutting off protruding service connections if necessary, reinstating live service connections, if necessary, bypass pumping as needed, and traffic control. The County shall be responsible for providing access to the necessary manholes via tree and brush removal as needed and site restoration including topsoil placement, seeding, and mulch placement. The successful bidder shall be required to comply with the State Statutory Provisions concerning the payment of prevailing wages on public works, Section 290.210 through 290.340 R.S. MO 1959, as amended 1969 and shall pay to all workmen performing work under this contract not less than the prevailing hourly rate of wages determined by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relation of the State of Missouri. The wage rates applicable to this project have been predetermined as required by law and are set forth in this document. When Federal wage rates are applicable and included, this contract is subject to the "Work Hours Act of 1962", (P.L. 87-851: 76 Stat. 357) and implementing regulations.
