Request for Sealed Bids Structural Spray Track Resurfacing The Board of Education of the Oscoda Area Schools, Iosco and Alcona Counties, Michigan, will receive sealed bids for the structural spray resurfacing of the track and infield event areas, located at Oscoda High School. All proposals must be accompanied by a sworn and nota - rized statement disclosing familial relationship(s) that exist(s) between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Board of Education or Superintendent of the Oscoda Area Schools. All proposals must be accompanied by a signed and notarized statement to comply with the Iran Economic Sanctions Act of 2012, as well as certification that vendor is not suspended or debarred. Oscoda Area Schools reserves the right reject any or all proposals, to waive any irregularities in bidding, or to accept the lowest responsible proposal, that in the opinion of the Os- coda Area Schools will serve the best interest of the Oscoda Area Schools The Oscoda Area Schools will not be obligated to accept the lowest proposal. No proposals may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the receipt of proposals.
