PROJECT DETAILS Supply and install new Rain Gutter System for all eight (8) Rainbow Lane Town Homes to include six inch (6") aluminum gutters, downspouts, end caps, splash blocks, and gutter screens. 2.1. FABRICATION/INSTALLATION OF GUTTERS: o Six (6) two-story townhomes, each needs approximately two-hundred linear feet (200'), six (6) short down spouts, and six (6) long downspouts: o 17160 Rainbow Lane o 17162 Rainbow Lane o 17164 Rainbow Lane o 17180 Rainbow Lane o 17182 Rainbow Lane o 17184 Rainbow Lane o Two (2) single-story townhomes, each needs approximately one-hundred and fifty linear feet (150') and ten (10) down spouts: o 17200 Rainbow Lane o 17202 Rainbow Lane o CONTRACTOR must field measure and verify the length of gutters, downspouts, and the number of other components for the gutter system. o All quantities and measurements provided in this solicitation are estimates/approximations and shall be considered inaccurate until confirmed by CONTRACTOR. o CONTRACTOR shall remove and replace any damaged fascia board as necessary around residents. o CONTRACTOR shall prime and paint to match any replaced fascia boards and any stucco. o All seams, corners, end caps, and downspout connections shall be sealed with an appropriate, professional-grade sealant. Any seams that are loose (or have the potential to become loose) shall be attached with mechanical fasteners. Miters shall be screwed or riveted to the adjoining section and properly sealed. o CONTRACTOR shall ensure all gutters will be in the color white. o CONTRACTOR shall verify all gutters are correctly sloped to drain properly. o All replaced material shall be new, not reconditioned products.
