Project Scope The Work is located at several sites located throughout Ontario County's Canandaigua Lake County Sewer District. A full list of sites and addresses is indicated in Table 1, sheet G-2 of the Contract Drawings. The Work to be performed under this Contract includes, but is not limited to, constructing the Work described below and all related appurtenances. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Staging and Mobilization. 2. Install proposed network hardware and software at the EMC Building, Sewer District Supervisor's Office in the Department of Public Works offices, and repeater antenna at the Water Reservoir Tank. 3. Install OWNER-furnished radio communication equipment at pump stations 1N, 9E, 10E, 12E, 1W, 4W, and 5W (Site Type A). 4. Install ONWER-furnished control panel and radio communication equipment at Site Types B and C if any or all the Add Alternates No. A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, A9, or A10 are awarded. 5. Install OWNER-furnished control panels and radio communication equipment provided at Flow Meter Sites (Site Type E) if the Add Alternate No. A1 is awarded. 6. Final site grading and restoration. Contracting Method: The Work shall be constructed under one prime Contract. Hazardous Environmental Conditions: 1. To the best of Owner's knowledge, information, and belief, the prior use of the Sites were residential property and/or undeveloped land. Substantial Completion: June 6, 2025
