Clearwater Wastewater Treatment Plant Biosolids Facility Improvements Each Bid must be accompanied by either a certified bank treasurer's check, a certified cashier's check payable to the order of DTMA, or a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid. Separate Bids will be received for Contract G - General Construction; Contract E - Electrical Construction; and Contract H - Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning Construction.
