Question Deadline 08/09/2024 The Work consists of removing and replacing deteriorated concrete, delaminated grout base surface, slide gates, sidewalk, stairs, and windows, as well as concrete crack repair at the North WRF Chlorine Contact Tanks and Final Clarifiers and at the West WRF Sludge Pumping Station, Non-Potable Water Pumping Station Hatch, and Administration Building. In addition, tuckpointing brick at the West WRF Administration Building and new concrete pad construction for the Discharge Meter at the North WRF are also included in this project. Bid Security in the amount of not less than 10% of the Bid shall accompany each Bid in accordance with the bid requirements. OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive any informalities in bidding or to accept the Bid or Bids, which best serve the interest of OWNER. Published by authority of the Fox River Water Reclamation District, Elgin, Illinois. ***Document Note: The non-refundable cost for hard-copies of drawings and specifications is $175.00.
