Fa Proj , Oneida Co., Pavement Rehabilitation - Village of Clinton, Town of Kirkland., Bid Deposit: 5% of Bid (~ $375,000.00) , Goals: Dbe: 6.00% This project will rehabilitate the pavement of Routes 12B and 412, address non-compliant ADA features, improve/replace traffic signal equipment, address various roadside deficiencies (drainage, curbing, signs), and improve pedestrian accommodations by adding a new section of sidewalk in the Town of Kirkland and Village of Clinton, Oneida County. This project will also include betterment work for the Village of Clinton that will consist of sanitary improvements and sidewalk and hydrant replacements. Project Status The current status of the project is In Development. The Bid Opening is expected to be in Fall 2024. Construction is expected to begin in Fall 2024. Construction is expected to be completed in Fall 2025 Every bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check or bank cashier's check payable to the NYS Department of Transportation, in the sum of the amount shown on the proposal title page. Bonds must be on form CONR 391. Electronic bids must include an electronic bid bond.
