Title: DDG(X) Land Based Engineering Site (LBES) - B670 Load Bank Platform Location of the Work: NSWC Philadelphia Division Description of the Work: This project is for renovation/modernization of Bldg. 77H B670 Annex to provide a Load Bank Platform in support of a DDGX (X) Land Base Test Sites (LBTS). The work includes replacement of Building 670 roof, and installation of a structurally independent rooftop metal platform including stair access and platform lightning. Estimated Price Range: In accordance with FAR 36.204(g), Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Projects, the estimated price range for this project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Time for Completion: In accordance with FAR 52.211-10 Commencement, Prosecution, and Completion of Work, the duration of this task order shall be 330 calendar days from date of award (includes 15 calendar days for submission and approval of bonds and insurance). Pre-Proposal Inquiries (PPIs): Offerors who determine that the technical and or contractual requirements of this RFP require clarification(s) in order to permit submittal of a responsive proposal shall submit all questions in writing.
