A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Patriot's Lane Rehabilitation, a construction project including the removal of asphalt pavement, installation of curb, placing new asphalt pavement, application of pavement markings, and other related work. It is the intent and requirement of the Village that this project be completed within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days of Notice to Proceed. The Village Council of Mariemont, Ohio reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and all bids. By submitting the bid, you are verifying the person submitting the bid is authorized to legally bind the company. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a bid bond in accordance with Section 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code. The bidder to whom the contract is awarded will be required to furnish a surety bond in accordance with Section 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code for the contract amount. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder shall submit a complete listing of all subcontractors to be used. Print the necessary pages from the electronic package for submission, including the Proposal Form, Bid Form and the Personal Property Affidavit documents.
