Contract #: CFAPT00880 Federal Project #:AIP 3-02-0016-XXX-2024 IRIS Program #:CFAPT00880, CFAPT00983A, CFAPT01182 The Engineers Estimate is Between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000 This federally funded contract will rehabilitate the pavements of Taxiway R North and Taxilane U, reshape taxiway edges at the intersections of Taxilanes U and T, rehabilitate the storm drain systems, reconstruct and rehabilitate taxiway lighting, and replace airfield markings. Improvements also include removal and replacement of airport security fencing. Location of Project: Anchorage, Alaska Contracting Officer: Sean L. Holland, P.E., Regional Director To be responsive, a bid must include a bid guaranty equal to 5% of the amount bid, The apparent successful bidder must furnish a payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract and a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract as security conditioned for the full, complete and faithful performance of the contract All work shall be completed by September 30, 2026.
