Contract #: CSAPT01146 Federal Project #:N/A IRIS Program #:CSAPT01146 Engineer's Estimate Range: $1,000,000 and $2,500,000 This state funded project will rehabilitate approximately 2,900 feet of Postmark Drive pavement surface at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport. Work includes pavement planing, excavation and backfill, inlaid pavement markings and sodding. Location of Project: Anchorage, Alaska Contracting Officer: Sean L. Holland, P.E., Regional Director To be responsive, a bid must include a bid guaranty equal to 5% of the amount bid, The apparent successful bidder must furnish a payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract and a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract as security conditioned for the full, complete and faithful performance of the contract All work shall be completed by June 15, 2025.
