Contract #: CSAPT01152 Federal Project #:N/A IRIS Program #:CSAPT01152 The Engineers Estimate is Between $200,000 and $500,000 This state-funded project at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport will remove approximately 100 cubic yards of lead-containing material from the two firing range backstops and dispose out of state. The excavation will be backfilled with sand to reestablish the berm slope. Spent brass and other debris will be excavated or cleared within and surrounding the firing range lanes and backfilled with sand. Location of Project: Anchorage, Alaska Contracting Officer: Sean L. Holland, P.E., Regional Director To be responsive, a bid must include a bid guaranty equal to 5% of the amount bid, The apparent successful bidder must furnish a payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract and a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract as security conditioned for the full, complete and faithful performance of the contract All work shall be completed by September 15, 2025 A bidder requesting assistance in viewing the project site must make arrangements at least 48 hours in advance.
