This Project Consists of Removal and Disposal Items, Earthwork, Aggregate Base Course, Achm Surface Course, Approach Gutters, Maintenance of Traffic, Concrete Ditch Paving, Guardrail, Wire Rope Safety Fence, Erosion Control, and Misc. This Proposal Contains the Job Special Provision site Use (a+c Method)-calendar Day Contract for Bidding in Which the Bidder Will Determine the Number of Calendar Days to Complete the Project. Any Excess (Between the Face Amount of the Bond and the Underwriting Limitation) Shall Be Protected by Reinsurance Provided by an Acceptable Reinsuring Company.
