THIS PROCUREMENT IS A SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE ACQUISITION The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 15, intends to award a Construction Contract for Project 657-22-111JC Prepare Site for New MRI Room A279, located at the John Cochran VAMC, 915 N. Grand Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63106. Proposals received in response to this solicitation will be evaluated in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.101-2, Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process. Those offerors not providing the documentation outlined in the "Proposal Submittal Instructions", will be deemed non-responsive to the terms of the solicitation. The contractor shall furnish all supervision, tools, labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and testing necessary to perform work as required by the attached images (see Statement of Work), SPECS and drawings for Project 657-22-111JC, Prepare site for new MRI Room A279. Small Business Size standard is $45.0 Million Estimate of construction magnitude for this project is between $500,000 - $1,000,000. Period of performance is 190 calendar days.
