This project has been postponed and will be let on September 26, 2024 Fa Proj , Broome Co., Retaining Wall & Highway Resurfacing - U.s. Route 11, City of Binghamton. This project repairs or replaces a metal retaining wall along US 11 and also Mills and Fills the same stretch of highway (mile point 9.65 to 10.35) in the City of Binghamton, Broome County. The current status of the project is In Development. The Bid Opening is expected to be in Summer 2024. Construction is expected to begin in Fall 2024. Construction is expected to be completed in Fall 2025. This Project is Located in the Southern Tier Region and Includes the Following: Counties Broome Every bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check or bank cashier's check payable to the NYS Department of Transportation, in the sum of the amount shown on the proposal title page. Bonds must be on form CONR 391. Electronic bids must include an electronic bid bond.
