IL DOT - 052 - HMA Milling, Resurfacing and Patching The proposed improvements of CH 37 - Cardinal Hill Rd are from approximately IL 29 to Buckhart Rd (CH4), CH43 - East Lake Shore Drive approximately 200ft north of the intersection at Birkdale Dr to approximately 257' south of Long Bay Drive, and CH56 - Rochester Road from the intersection with East Lake Shore Dr to Education Avenue. Work on each road consists of 2" HMA milling with a 2" HMA overlay with HMA patching work on Rochester Road. Widths vary for roadways and intersections. A nominal amount of the same pavement improvement will also be extended through the radius returns on CH4 - Buckhart Road. Net length of improvement is approximately 4.833 miles.
