The work is located along McKinney Butte Road between highway US 20 and N Red St The City estimates the cost of improvements at $230,000. There will be no pre-bid meeting for the McKinney Butte Safety Improvements 2024 Project. . This project is subject to the provisions of ORS 279C.800 through 279C.870 regarding payment of prevailing wages. Bidders must be registered with the Construction Contractors Board (ORS 701.055) or the bid will not be received or considered. Council Contract Award October 23, 2024 Work Beginning Date October 24, 2024 It is the intent of the City of Sisters to achieve substantial completion by May 1, 2025.
