Electrical for OPS Burke High School Stadium Improvements Any questions or request for interpretation of these Bid Documents should be emailed to:Questions_clarifications_1@ops.org Questions must be submitted by email on or before Friday July 12, 2024, 4:30 P.M. (CT) The Electrical Work called for in this bid includes all Electrical Work for the Project, inclusive of all Electrical required by Division 26-Electrical, Division 27-Communications, and Division 28- Electronic Safety and Security of the Project Specifications and by the Project Plans that are a part of the Contract Documents for the Project. The Electrical Work to be performed for the Project by the Contractor constitutes a portion of the overall Project, which includes the expansion and upgrading of existing restrooms, new storage, ticket sales booth, concession booth, new accessible stadium seating and handrails, demolition of existing press box, and construction of new press box with wheelchair lift for the Project at the Harry A. Burke High School Athletic Stadium, located at 12200 Burke St., Omaha, NE 68154. The Project Specifications and scope of Electrical Work are more fully set forth in the Project Plans and in the Project Specifications in the Project Manual that are a part of the Contract Documents. The Contractor will furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and services necessary to complete all of the Electrical Work for the Project required to be performed by Contractor as outlined in the Contract Documents.
