A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Project Description - Contract No. ND1908 NWPCF Belt Filter Press No. 3 Installation, the Work, includes, but is not necessarily limited to: Addition of a 3rd BFP of equal capacity as the existing BFP Nos. 1 and 2. Addition of a 3rd dewatered cake pump for BFP No. 3. Addition of a 3rd dewatered sludge cake piping to discharge to an existing storage silo- or directly to a sludge hauling trailer. Addition of a 4th sludge feed pump and new piping to BFP No. 3. Modify existing polymer feed system to provide polymer feed for BFP No. 3. New HVAC design to accommodate BFP No. 3. Modify HVAC system to address dewatering related odor identified in the SHF Building office adjacent to BFP Area. The entire Work will be complete and ready for final payment as specified in the Contract Documents within 605 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed This contract or subcontract is expected to be funded in part with funds from the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection and the New Jersey Environmental Infrastructure Trust. Neither the State of New Jersey, the New Jersey Environmental Infrastructure Trust nor any of their departments, agencies, or employees is, or will be, a party to this contract or subcontract or any lower tier contract or subcontract. This contract or subcontract is subject to the provisions of N.J.A.C. 7:22-3, 4, 5, 9 and 10. Bid Security In accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-21, each Bid shall enclose Bid Security, as specified in the Instructions to Bidders, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bidder's Bid, but not in excess of $20,000.
