All work must be completed within 10 business days. Any extensions will be granted by the City of Mason City'. Justification must be documented by the Contractor on the Occupant Protection Plan (if required) and submitted along with this bid to the County for review. For the property located at: 304/306 N Jefferson Ave, Mason City, Iowa Windows o Replace all the windows (12) in the house (excluding porch windows) with new double hung, vinyl Energy Star Rated windows. Unit 306 Bathroom Window o Remove the bathroom window o Frame the opening for the window to be smaller o Install a new frosted Energy Star Rated vinyl window. EXTERIOR DIVISION - House Roof o Replace existing roofwith new architectural shingles with a minimum 25 year warranty. Owner to select color. Siding o Utilize house wrap or fan fold and apply tape on the seams. Install vinyl siding with a minimum thickness of .042", choice of color by owner. Fir out window/door trim if needed. Repair deteriorated existing siding, if necessary, prior to vinyl siding installation. Homeowner selects color. o White siding to match the current siding on part ofthe house Soffit o Enclose existing soffit with unvented soffit panels. Repair deteriorated existing substrate, if necessary, prior to enclosure. Fascia o Enclose existing fascia with aluminum coil stock. Repair deteriorated existing substrate, if necessary, prior to enclosure. Window Casings o Wrap exterior window casings with aluminum coils stock, owner to select the color.
