The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, transportation, disposal, supervision, and incidental related work necessary for the structural repair and replacement of five (5) Aids to Navigation (ATON) assets in the Long Island Sound area at United States Coast Guard (USCG) First District. The base bid consists of all ATON assets listed below: A. Port Chester Light 4 (Light List Number - LLNR 25545) B. Saybrook Daybeacon (LLNR 22510) C. Southport Harbor Light 7 (LLNR 24785) D. Branford Reef Light (LLNR 21185) E. Connecticut River Light 48 (LLNR 22940) The estimated value of the procurement is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. A 20% bid guarantee is required. Performance and Payment bonds will be required. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237990 - Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction with a small business size standard of $45.0 million. The date set for receipt of bids is 11 JULY 2024 at 2:00 p.m. Award is anticipated to be made late JULY 2024 or early AUGUST 2024. The performance period is estimated to be 260 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed for the Base Item.
