Procure and install 9 Standby Generators and Transfer Switches per project specifications, construct concrete pads, connect an existing generator from the Police Station to the Emergency Operations Center, furnish a detailed installation line diagram, set up interfaces, simple manual disconnects switches and PG&E switches, and dispose of demolished generators and feeder. Please note City of Greenfield's Local Hire Standards per City's Municipal Code 3.12.040. The City of Greenfield will update and/or install new emergency generators and concrete pads at critical facilities with the funds from Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) from the California Governor's Office of Emergency Services. These generators will provide backup power during prolonged power outages. Description of Work for this Performance Specifications: The City of Greenfield (CITY) shall contract with an independent contractor. The scope of work to be accomplished by the Contractor under these performance specifications shall generally include the following work: 1. Procure and install 9 Stand-by Generators and Transfer Switches per specifications described in Generator Replacement Scoping and Cost Estimate Report by Aurum Consulting Engineers, March 29, 2022.
