This RFP is issued on invitational basis to the Proponents in UHN's Commissioning Consultants VOR List. The Work is to be performed from the contract award date (anticipated to be September 2024) for a period of 2 years. The description of any options as follows: 1 Year For recurring contracts, an estimate, if possible, of the timing of subsequent notices of intended procurement. Recurring Contract is defined as a procurement resulting in the award of more than one contract, or in award of contracts in separate parts. This RFP is issued on invitational basis to the Proponents in UHN's Commissioning Consultants VOR List. Although the intent is to engage third party functional testing services for only the Stem Cell Transplant Phase-2 at the outset, the scope of services would potentially encompass the entirety of Phase 2 projects. The Phase-2 projects include Part A (16A & 14B Head Start) and Part B (Outpatient - Malignant Haematology Clinic and Day Unit, Department of Supportive Care). The selected proponent will provide electrical, mechanical, fire life and safety commissioning services to ensure the systems function as intended, including: pre-functional test plans, functional testing of equipment and systems, performing regular site visit, attending regular meetings, and submitting test reports for each phase. This procurement is subject to Chapter Five of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and Chapter Nineteen of the Canadian European Trade Agreement (CETA). The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
